We’re proud to be a Brompton Main Dealer, with two Brompton trained technicians on hand ready to assist with your Brompton needs. Regular servicing is essential for the smooth operation and longevity of your bike and it's components. We offer a range of services tailored to all cyclists, from children's bikes to dedicated commuters.

- Do Birdie Bikes buy bikes?
No, unfortunately we do not.
However, if you are considering purchasing a new bike, we do offer part exchange. To find out more about part exchange, please stop by the shop or give us a call on 020 8941 9397.
- Can I part exchange my old bike against a new one?
Yes, we do offer part exchange.
Kids Bikes - We only offer part exchange on kids bikes that were originally purchased from Birdie Bikes. Part exchange can only be used against the purchase of a new bike. If you wish to consider a part exchange, then simply bring your bike along to the shop and following a brief assessment of the bike we will provide you with a price.
If your bike was not originally purchased from Birdie Bikes it is still worth getting in touch. We are more than happy to offer guidance on price and advise on where best to advertise your kids bike.Adult Bikes - We will happily consider an adults bike as a part exchange, excluding electric bikes. To get the wheels in motion, you will need to bring your bike in to the shop. Here we will initially assess the bike. Then, if we are willing to accept the bike as a part exchange we will provide you with a part exchange value.
If it is the case that we are not willing to take your bike in as a part exchange, we will provide guidance on pricing and advise on where best to sell it. - Are you open on Sundays?We are open every Sunday from 10am to 3pm for all your cycling needs.
- Do I need to make an appointment for a puncture repair?There is no need to book or call ahead for a puncture repair, just simply pop the bike in at your convenience. We always aim to complete all puncture repairs within 2 hours.
