Delivery and returns

DELIVERY POLICY
Bikes & Smart Trainers:
We offer FREE Local Delivery to all bikes purchased online from Birdie Bikes.  Upon completion of your purchase, one of the team will be in contact with you to discuss a convenient date and time for the bike along with any accessories you have purchased to be delivered.  ALL of our bikes come fully built and ready to ride and upon delivery, the driver will take the time to ensure your saddles is at the correct height and talk you through any question you may have.
All non Bicycle & Smart Trainer purchases:
For any item purchased that is not a Bicycle or Smart Trainer, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24-48 hour delivery service.  The cost of delivery is based on the weight of an item or total weight of an order.
For all orders placed before 2pm that are in stock, these will be dispatched sameday.  Any orders placed after 2pm, these will be dispatched on the next working day (Mon - Fri).
We only ship to the UK Mainland.

RETURNS POLICY
If you need to return a full or partial order, send us an email at info@birdiebikes.co.uk and send your item(s) to: 7 Wensleydale Road, Hampton, Middlesex, TW12 2LP.  PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE.  With out this we will not be able to process your return. 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Gift cards are non-returnable.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
Refunds take between 3-15 working days to be processed. After such time if you have not received the refund contact your bank to check the status of the delay. If this does not resolved your query please contact us at info@birdiebikes.co.uk

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@birdiebikes.co.uk and send your item to: 7 Wensleydale Road, Hampton, Middlesex, TW12 2LP.  YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL PRROF OF PURCHASE.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7 Wensleydale Road, Hampton, Middlesex, TW12 2LP. You will be responsible for paying or arranging for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not collect bikes that were delivered locally for free. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
